Morning Reflection:

Take more responsibility for your schedule, it’s much more in your control than you think. But other than that, you should forgive yourself more. Not everything is on you, nor is everything your responsibility. Or that feeling that you must fix things that actually aren’t your problem to fix.

Evening Reflection:

Like I said this morning when you’re in a bad state or mood then you’re too hard on yourself and take blame and responsibility for things you shouldn’t take responsibility or blame for. Go easy on yourself. You know you’re too hard on yourself per usual.

Follow along with my personal daily stoic journal, unfiltered, unedited (except for some spelling mistakes).

Morning Reflection:

Diet and sleep, take some rest for real. Get proper sleep, go to bed on time. you still haven't been able to do that consistently yet.

Evening Reflection:

As far as diet goes, increase your water intake three-fold. Cut out caffeine, it will also help you with your sleep schedule. Take some pride in taking care of yourself.
