In my opinion most of our issues can be solved by getting of our own way, out of our heads and into the present and out into the world. Evening Reflection: Where, however? Where am I standing in my own way? What area of life? I suppose general growth and going after personal projects and ambition. You convince yourself that you're not ready or it needs to be done a certain way. Stop talking yourself down from things you want to do. Don't discuss them with anyone, don't ask permission.

And the challenges it brings with it? We can never know if we're able to deal with everything that may come our way. However, the mental attitude is key. You can prepare and work on yourself and have faith that you've prepared yourself adequately. Foster growth, and readiness will follow, ableness will follow as well.
