Morning Reflection:

I'm in control of my habits, this year I will take deliberate responsibility by taking control over new good habits and especially my bad habits.
Another thing that is in my control is my state of mind, even if it appears and feels it is not so. It is time to let go of imagined burdens. Even the real burdens of the past. It has happened and no single amount of agony will change that. So let it rest. Take control over your emotions and work towards better habits and actions. It's better to do something, anything. The rest may just fall into place as result.

Evening Reflection:

Additionally, I want to take control over the life I lead. I think I worry too much about all the things I don't control, especially when starting something new or when I start a project. My head just fills with worries of step eighty-nine instead of just starting at step one and bit by bit make progress. This is something I need to remind myself of more often. Don't overcomplicate things by worrying about all the things that may or not may occur way down the line. The better your focus on the here and now, the better the end result will be anyway.
