Daily Stoic Entry #113: How Am I Caring for My Mind?

Practices like exercise and meditation help. But lately I haven’t been sleeping well and not eating that great which in no doubt is a factor in the sleep disruption. So, put some effort into getting the proper sleep the coming week and see how your mind’s profile improves. You’re too tired too easily lately so your body is telling you already what you know and need now.
Really. Getting better sleep should be a priority, more so now than any of the other good habits. I feel that otherwise you’ll be sabotaging your current progress by burning out too fast.
