Daily Stoic Entry #163: Am I Learning to be Adaptable?
June 12th, 2022
Follow along with my personal daily stoic journal, unfiltered, unedited (except for some spelling mistakes).
Morning Reflection:
This journal is a sneak peek into the fact that I'm trying to learn. The journal is just writing on paper though. The real work is out there in the world, which I've been doing my best at. Sports, dating, work, mental health, they're all being worked at.
Evening Reflection:
I've been spending more time by myself again now that everyone in the house is on holiday. This time I'm not really feeling lonely. Alone is fine, I'm starting to find ways to do the things I want to do and being fine with being by myself. Now that I'm doing better these last months any other time I wouldn't have liked to be alone as much back then. Now that I've been learning to be more adaptable. I've come to find that this alone time without distraction from other minds is good for figuring out what is needed for myself.
