Follow along with my personal daily stoic journal, unfiltered, unedited (except for some spelling mistakes).

Morning Reflection:

I need help in planning, to retake lost time and regain focus. It’s time to consider contacting that life coach who was recommended to me some time ago. I haven’t felt the need to do so because things have been okay. And I’ve been going after some good things. But I don’t know, today I’ve been feeling odd. It’s probably the lack of sleep. This week has not been the best for that. i do feel there’s more to it than that.

Evening Reflection:

Let’s see what tomorrow brings, no need to overcomplicate this feeling. Get Sleep! For your sake. Also, some additional extended time in solitude might be a good idea. Again, sleep will ease anxiety. However, consider who you can talk to. The other feeling is like feeling like I’ve hit a plateau and growth is slowing down and this gets you anxious.

Title prompts are taken from The Daily Stoic Journal by Ryan Holiday and Stephen Hanselman.
