Morning Reflection:

During meditations sessions one can find harmony and grace. Sitting in silence is its own challenge but sitting in silence is a real place of harmony and rest. I find in harmony in sports and aim for grace of movement which I enjoy. Doing physical actions gracefully is somehow enjoyable to me. The precious moments during and just after physical exertion are made of harmony. Probably because of the reduction of mental chatter.

Evening Reflection:

Where else does one find harmony and grace? I think it lies in the small moments of joy of the present moment. Little things such as the pleasure of reading a book, sitting in the sun, unconditional friendship and love. Just being with the people you love. Don't forget the power of nature either, true raw nature. A state of flow often has a residual feeling of satisfaction. Perhaps this could be considered harmony and grace.

Title prompts are taken from The Daily Stoic Journal by Ryan Holiday and Stephen Hanselman.
