Daily Stoic Entry #222: Are My Habits Getting Better?

Follow along with my personal daily stoic journal, unfiltered, unedited (except for some spelling mistakes).
Morning Reflection:
After losing my meditation habit I'm picking it back up again. The last couple days I've been successful at that, so that's getting better. As well as exercise, this still remains a core habit. I haven't missed a week yet and average around three times a week. But to make better gains I need to improve my diet and sleep. Especially soda and energy drinks remain the weak addict in my routines.
Evening Reflection:
So, in all not bad but some essential habits I haven't been great at maintaining. In fact, some have been slipping. I just need an extended holiday to allow myself to step out of the daily routines of work to figure out my next steps. What I really want and then implement the essential habits to get it done or at least make progress and feel less temptation to fall back into the bad habits I've developed during my regular work routines.
