Morning Reflection:

Eating out for lunch too often. You know it's not necessary. I know you like but it's not exactly needed. This question is good to ponder whilst looking at a new place to live. What luxuries do you really need? The likely answer is not that much at all. It is however all right to enjoy good things in life. Yes, you can wash your clothes by hand to forsake luxury, but it's okay to get the luxury of a washing machine. Don't go overboard especially if it allows you to pursue more meaningful matters.

Evening Reflection:

Examining your relationship with the luxury of money is a must. It's good to have, it's even good to have a lot of it. But chasing it just to see numbers go up in your bank account, is not the answer. Money is a great luxury but knowing you can earn your way and live on little is the true superpower. You won't be trapped in your environment by financial decisions. You know, that feeling of having to stay at a job because you need to fund a certain lifestyle rather than really go after what you want.

Title prompts are taken from The Daily Stoic Journal by Ryan Holiday and Stephen Hanselman.
