Morning Reflection:
Yes, I've set out to improve my mental state as part of this journal project, whether that be professional or private settings. I've been building and rebuilding these virtues.
Evening Reflection:
Going on dates has been one of those things this year that has improved both courage and confidence. because I used to hate doing that stuff. Getting over that and getting more courageous and confident in the process has been a big improvement this year. I'm also tackling my career more mindfully.
