Follow along with my personal daily stoic journal, unfiltered, unedited (except for some spelling mistakes).

Morning Reflection:

I am working on it, I can be better and do more, but each of us has their own speed and lessons to learn and I'm confident that these 8 months of this journaling journey has been one of growth even though it sometimes doesn't feel like it and is painful.

Evening Reflection:

I don't think I can ever be prepared for any and all types of fortune changes but I am adopting that mindset that no matter what happens I can have faith in the fact I'll be able to survive and recover from most setbacks (from the standpoint of someone in a stable country that is, I'm sure there are types of unfortune that I'm not quite capable of dealing with that others can).

Title prompts are taken from The Daily Stoic Journal by Ryan Holiday and Stephen Hanselman.
