Follow along with my personal daily stoic journal, unfiltered, unedited (except for some spelling mistakes).

Morning Reflection:

Curbing desires is one of my ways. I succeed and fail at this often depending on the dire in question. I have trouble stifling the desire to eat out and consume soda and energy drinks. I also love books and tend to buy more than I read. So, I do my utmost best to bring the number of books I buy down. the aim is one month without a book bought.

Evening Reflection:

Additionally trying to keep random impulse purchases in check is a challenge. I tend to spend too much on random stuff early in the month for no reason and then I'm on a shoe-string budget for the rest of the month.

Title prompts are taken from The Daily Stoic Journal by Ryan Holiday and Stephen Hanselman.
