Follow along with my personal daily stoic journal, unfiltered, unedited (except for some spelling mistakes).

Morning Reflection:

It's been what I've been saying frequently over the course of this journal and year. All this forces me to grow. Hardship and heartache are good for something. It's not easy to overcome the emotional hurt and betrayal and occasionally I feel a small tinge of it still, but it has made me much better in every way.

Evening Reflection:

To struggle is to grow, growth is struggling. It will always be there in life. You don't have to pretend that this doesn't suck, and everything will always be okay. However, in general, you will grow past it and be better for it. Remember also that you're not alone. Everybody is struggling at some point in their life. Some appear to not have any struggle; it just means that they've hidden it better. You're not alone so don't get discouraged when you struggle.

Title prompts are taken from The Daily Stoic Journal by Ryan Holiday and Stephen Hanselman.
