Follow along with my personal daily stoic journal, unfiltered, unedited (except for some spelling mistakes).

Morning Reflection:

I want to find a balance of anticipating this and being prepared but I find it difficult not to be overwhelmed by pessimism and just think negatively. Basically, waiting for the next shoe to drop. That I assume I will find no goodness in life and the future. This is a frequent problem where I'm trapped in my own extreme wat if thinking and obsessing over something.

Evening Reflection:

So, I'm partly prepared, I'm aware of the possibility and the challenges of this potential bubble bursting. I'm not sure what else I can say. I don't want to walk around every day thinking about everything that can go wrong all the time. The point is to think about it clearly but only once or occasionally.

Title prompts are taken from The Daily Stoic Journal by Ryan Holiday and Stephen Hanselman.
