Daily Stoic Entry #253: Where Can I Do with Less?
September 11th, 2022
Follow along with my personal daily stoic journal, unfiltered, unedited (except for some spelling mistakes).
Morning Reflection:
Overthinking, you think and worry too much don't let it hijack your day off. Enjoy doing nothing.
Also i could do less with my phone use, let's see if I can do without a couple hours today. I'm getting increasingly annoyed at myself for the useless addiction to distracting use of electronics for no good reason.
Evening Reflection:
As to the question of where, I initially assume that to mean in my entire life. But one could look at smaller scale elements of life where you could stand to have or use less off. Books for one example, I have enough to read for another year at least, so i don't really need to be buying more do I? I could do with less unhealthy habits in regard to diet. or rather do more of the good stuff.
