Follow along with my personal daily stoic journal, unfiltered, unedited (except for some spelling mistakes).

Morning Reflection:

It will test discipline for good habits. Once again, I'm off the energy drinks, I use it as a crutch to get boring work done. But no more. Have some discipline and self-care. It's not like this is the grandest of virtues to show and test my character but it is something I personally find difficult. The caffeine addiction is strong.

Evening Reflection:

Well, I managed to stay away from the red bull, so that's a win. As well as taking a mindful moment for meditation. The other difficulties I've been experiencing are mostly mental, a slight dip in mood and all that. But I'm on a good stride so it might be more due to the energy drinks detox. So, I'm trying to be kind to myself. Which I'm usually not.

Title prompts are taken from The Daily Stoic Journal by Ryan Holiday and Stephen Hanselman.
