Follow along with my personal daily stoic journal, unfiltered, unedited (except for some spelling mistakes).

Morning Reflection:

Today I'll be traveling back home from holiday so how can my actions be good today? I suppose I'll work with those around me to make my flight back as pleasant for me and others around me. This seems silly but everyone in an airport is just waiting and hanging around so showing patience and understanding would be a good way to engage with goodness.

Evening Reflection:

The same I did for security personal at the aiport and the bus. They deal with annoyed passengers all day and probably receive lots of shit from them for no good reason. I made an effort to smile, be polite, and make some small talk with them showing just basic empathy. I feel that these people don't get that much. Which is just sucky.

Title prompts are taken from The Daily Stoic Journal by Ryan Holiday and Stephen Hanselman.
