Follow along with my personal daily stoic journal, unfiltered, unedited (except for some spelling mistakes).

Morning Reflection:

Peace, joy, quiet confidence, love, justice. These are all as pleasing as wisdom if not more to me. To get the best of all these does require a bit of wisdom. Wisdom allows you to judge which actions, habits, to whatever else could lead to manifesting these qualities in my life.

Evening Reflection:

Peace of mind, sometimes I look around and it seems that those of little wisdom and intelligence are living the most pleasant and simple lives, with real joy. Appearances can be deceiving of course and me reading into things i also a factor. But at such moments I wonder whether all this constant self-examination might not be counterproductive and is making things worse.
