Morning Reflection:

The hardships of today, yesterday, and the last couple of months will be your greatest source of education yet. There will be more challenging times in the future, I'm sure. But there are many things to be grateful for because these events have put things in perspective, that you need to make yourself a priority and do what's best for you. Less putting others ahead of your own needs.

Evening Reflection:

Like always, you'll survive but have faith you'll also come out better than before, stronger, smarter, healthier, more honest, in touch with yourself and your true feeling and emotions. So, whenever Fortuna turns her gaze around again, the next time, you'll be a man of better character and strength. So, once again you'll need to have the faith that you're strong enough to survive anything that happens. You've done it before. Strength, resolve, and flexibility during hardship. those are the virtues we're talking about here.

Title prompts are taken from The Daily Stoic Journal by Ryan Holiday and Stephen Hanselman.
