Follow along with my personal daily stoic journal, unfiltered, unedited (except for some spelling mistakes).

Morning Reflection:

I'm more than capable to rise to the occasion or at least I choose to believe that. I believe that I'm able to handle things, whatever may come. Recent events have tested me more than I expected and I'm fine in the end. However as for the daily stoic test for the day you must have a plan in place. And this is what I lack, for the most of my life. A solid plan to execute. Something to aim at. Don't make the mistake that you need to have an answer for every occurrence that might come. Rather, have a general plan of attack with which you can develop yourself.

Evening Reflection:

Make a simple plan, like set a goal to try something new this week, or don't drink an energy drink for today. Set a daily, weekly, and monthly goal, if only to just to aim at something. Then once you have a plan, investigate what you lack to execute and find training material to help you rise to those plans. Who knows how far you might go? Even small goals executed well will put you on a good path.

Title prompts are taken from The Daily Stoic Journal by Ryan Holiday and Stephen Hanselman.
