Daily Stoic Entry #94: Can I Fight to Be the Person Philosophy Wants Me to Be Today?

April 4th, 2022

Follow along with my personal daily stoic journal, unfiltered, unedited (except for some spelling mistakes).

Morning Reflection:

Despite what happens, good or bad, try to do good and live by your own standards. Don’t be tempted to relax with great successes and don’t despair of great failures. Stay the course, the path of philosopher trying to lead a good life, a better life, one step at a time. Things will settle in place over time.

Evening Reflection:

Taking care of yourself mentally and physically is one of the first tools to make sure you can respond in the way you wish to respond in any situation but especially those situations that test your character and will.

Title prompts are taken from The Daily Stoic Journal by Ryan Holiday and Stephen Hanselman.
